The Fire/Air sigils have a decent CD and they also can't crit, so they actually have pretty low damage for PvE. The stack-up-time-number is just so low..doesn't really answer your question, but air sigil has 5sec cooldown and not 3s as the tooltip statesOkay i guess, that gives Air a much lower overall-DMGNight isn't for general purpose stuff, but for night-time dungeons, AC/TA/SE/CoF/CoE. The only other sigil worth using can be Strength, for Phalanx Strength Warrior or a Death Perception build as a Necro. However, you're basically sampling from a Sigil of Accuracy might still not be what you want to use if the expected value of DPS increase is not as good as other sigils, but randomness is not the reason. There are two subtypes. Many rares were lost to these sigils.Flat damage increases (Night + Force) are the superior option. Superior Sigil of Fire. But for general use, you can use Accuracy or Frailty sigils. Gain up to 25 stacks of an effect that grants an attribute bonus per stack or grants a bonus when you reach the maximum amount of stacks. For the remaining ones you just use the proper slaying sigil.
